🛂 "The challenge to councils (and IT providers) is to be ambitious. For example, it can’t be right that social workers are spending roughly half of their time typing up notes, or that we ask local government staff to add information into multiple different IT systems. If we want to expand the capacity of local government without spending a lot more money, then we need to invest in digital tools to drive up productivity for staff. This would also make retention of staff much easier." 👉 Read our latest #techUKLPS 'Talking 5' with techUK member The Access Group: https://orlo.uk/cBDmH Alison Young | Ileana Lupsa | Tracy Modha You can read the rest of the series here: https://lnkd.in/d37i5_Ry. #LocalGovernment ------------------------------ 🌱 𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 🌍 https://orlo.uk/bh6Jm

The FTC believes it's decision will protect the fundamental freedom of workers to change jobs, increase innovation, and foster new business formation. According to FTC Chair Lina M. And while every month sets a new financial record for us, the real victory isn't in the revenue - it's in the growing number of lives we're touching. None of this would be possible without our exceptional team. Paymenow’s strength lies in our people-centric approach, our relentless drive to innovate, and an unwavering belief that financial inclusion changes lives. Every team member brings this vision to life daily, from tech to implementations to support, sales and marketing. As we celebrate these milestones, we're already looking ahead.
