Today, I watch this video as part of my daily lessons. after watch this, I realize of human limitation of learning and understanding, when it's come to new member join a team, they have to look at and learn the same things and may or may not get to the right direction. I hope one day there will be a tool that could act as a professor. and always monitor, suggest, guide or even force us to be fit with the available resource (or suggest to have more resource).
