At a recent Future of Finance webinar we brought together UK CFOs and finance leaders, who shared insights on where they are on their own finance transformation journey and the impact they can have on the transformation agenda. Only 35% of finance leaders told us that their finance functions are ‘adapting and evolving’ or ‘leading the transformation’ in their organisations - with 27% ‘facing challenges’ or ‘not having started’. But it's clear that finance leaders are ready to drive the transformation agenda - with 75% seeing themselves as having a ‘significant impact’ or ‘critical role’ in delivering successful transformation.
