Really delighted to be in Reading today to take part in the NHS Change staff deliberation event. A great opportunity for Health and care staff to give their perspective on the 'three shifts'. The voice of AHPs, as the third largest clinical workforce, are really vital in this conversation. You can share your perspective here: https://lnkd.in/et5-tKBa Great to see Ciara, Karen, Dan and others from #TeamAHP today.

Great you are all involved. I've made my suggestion, they state 'proposed' , hopefully that is progress 🤔

Fantastic to see #AHP leaders getting involved in the #NHSChange engagement and prioritising this. If we don't speak up for ourselves then we can't expect to be heard. I'm looking forward to joining the South West event next Tuesday- it's vital that we take the opportunities to engage in shaping the plans going forward. #GetInvolved

What a fab team you found to connect with! The best of #HIOW #BOB #SouthEastAHPs I can imagine insightful contributions to support the 3 shifts with people and populations at the heart of the offer! It’s the AHPWay Ciara Tilley Karen White
