DM Question of the Week: What’s an out-of-the-box interview question for leadership roles? Here's one I like to use: "What are your goals and aspirations with regards to this role and your career?" Most candidates don’t hesitate to share their lofty goals with confidence. But my follow-up question is key: "What are you willing to sacrifice to make it happen?" True leaders—those who have faced challenges and adversity—are just as confident in sharing what they’ve already sacrificed. They have a strategy for when obstacles arise because they've already navigated through tough times. Those are the leaders I’m looking for. Keep the questions coming in! #LeadershipDevelopment #InterviewTips #LeadershipHiring #CareerGrowth #DMQuestionOfTheWeek

Please start asking better questions during the interview. Here are some to consider 😊 1. "What's your proudest moment working here?" → Their answer reveals their true values, not just their mission statement. 🎯 2. "What's the toughest part about working here?" → Watch closely. Do they dodge or get real with you? ⭐ 3. "What do your top performers have in common?" → This shows you exactly what it takes to succeed, not just survive. 📈 4. "How often do people get promoted here?" → Separates real growth opportunities from empty promises. 🎮 5. "How do you motivate your team when things get tough?" → Preview your future boss's leadership style BEFORE you sign that offer.
