Did you know that Beyond Blue has a service specifically for founders? 🧠 🔽 I've spoken about mental health a bit in the past, as a founder I think it compounds when you feel the responsibility of all the folks who have chosen to come work with you on top of your famiy's and your own mental health. This morning at the gym, I was talking to Nina. We've been doing the same classes for most of this year but it was the first time we really had chatted. Turns out she's head of people at Beyond Blue, a company I deeply admire and have supported in the past. I’d love to see the startup ecosystem fully embrace this, have the program highlighted in all incubators/conferences and in turn have the startup ecosystem help fund it. There’s people in Australia making a lot of money from Founders who have to survive/thrive in a high pressure system of capital, it would be great to acknowledge that and see $$s put in to something like this.

What an incredible addition to the Beyond Blue toolkit. Thanks for sharing, Matt—this support couldn't come at a better time for founders and small business owners, many of whom are facing their toughest challenges yet. I truly applaud Beyond Blue for recognising the unique pressures this cohort experience and creating a tailored service for those who often feel isolated in their struggles. Such a valuable resource!
