Scalare Partners’ Post

At Scalare Partners, we believe in turning hard-hitting facts into hard-hitting action. The latest State of Australian Startup Funding report revealed that only 15% of total capital went to female founders in 2024—and women-led startups have been receiving just 2–3% of venture capital funding overall. This disparity demands change. That’s why we’re excited to spotlight an initiative that’s making waves: Applications are now open for a $50K investment in women-led startups from Scalare. This effort isn’t just about funding—it’s about providing women entrepreneurs with the essential skills, networks, and capital they need to transform their visions into reality. We’re especially proud to support Tech Ready Women Academy, whose initiative is at the forefront of empowering female founders. A big thank you to their team Christie Whitehill, Crystal McGregor, Diana Esqueche, Anna Lindsay and to all the supporters who are joining us in championing a more inclusive startup ecosystem. At Scalare Partners, we back our words with action!
