Its a good point, but at the same time I think many innovators underestimate how much gtm muscle is required to get their products out into the market and adopted. Buyers are flooded with messages about product innovation and AI and struggle to understand what is a truly innovative product and what impact it can have. Great products rarely sell themselves.
Agree early stages rapid iteration is critical but most startups in India have no customers on the other side to iterate and provide insights. Hard reset is talk to customers, solve the P1 pain points rapidly and don’t just build in isolation.
