Currently, over 50% of the world's neon supply comes from Ukraine. The acquisition strengthens Accenture’s growing silicon design and engineering capabilities. Automation in EDA with AI would probably solve the problem that most of the software side of chip design seems to be handled by India and China, only 25% of Synopsys and Siemens EDA, and 35% of Cadence is US based (according to LinkedIn).
