User-generated content (UGC) holds immense value in building trust and engagement. Recently, we conducted a podcast with one of our customers, and it turned out to be an eye-opening experience. Through the conversation, I gained deeper insights into: What triggers a customer to purchase our product How our service effectively solves their problems Areas where we can improve our offerings The common challenges faced by our audience This experience reinforced the importance of directly engaging with our customers. These conversations often uncover valuable insights and opportunities that can help us grow and deliver better solutions.
