Emerging Market Segments at RMS Roller-Grinder

Processing Biochar Can Be A Messy Reality My first biochar production run was quite the eye-opener! As you can see, I ended up looking like I'd worked as chimney sweep. This experience taught me a few valuable lessons: ➡️ Dust Containment is Critical: Fine biochar particles can quickly become airborne, leading to loss of material and potential health hazards. ➡️ Post-Processing Equipment Must Be Dust-Tight: To prevent material loss and maintain a safe working environment, post-processing equipment needs to be designed to minimize dust leaks. Collaborating with industry experts can help overcome these challenges and streamline your biochar production process. Considering post-processing for your biochar project? Let’s connect and discuss how we can help. #Biochar #Pyrolysis #RMS #rollermill #efficiency #carbon

Roy Olson having applied <70 mesh biochar in 2010 from 5 gallon buckets, yes PPE is and should be a requirement. I finished the day looking like I did, while working in a foundries without PPE 1983 &1985. Developing a black mustache without the time requirement to grow the hair. 🤣
