#Socialmedia is a highlight reel. We see the #wins, the #celebrations, the polished moments— but rarely the #grind, the #setbacks, or the days when nothing seems to go in the hole. LinkedIn “ is better than most, but even here, we’re all guilty of showcasing the good stories while skipping the mess & tragedies. The truth? #Entrepreneurship is a literal rollercoaster. One moment, you’re top of the world; the next, you slam into a wall that makes you question everything you’ve done….only to turn around and land another breakthrough. Sometimes, that entire cycle plays out in a single day. I’ll admit, the past few weeks have been exactly that. Success, obstacle, another success—rinse and repeat. I’d say it’s the adrenaline junkie in me that thrives on it, but honestly, I don’t know any other way to operate. Eventually, though, the constant highs and lows—combined with travel—catch up to you. Yesterday was one of those days. I call it circling mode (or, in ADHD terms, a potato day). Nothing clicked, focus was gone, and I just had to ride it out. I used to feel guilty when I wasn’t productive, but I’ve learned that rest isn’t slacking—it’s fuel. Giving my brain and body time to reset means I come back sharper the next day. So here’s to embracing the full reality of this journey—the wins, the losses, and the recovery in between. Hope everyone has a great weekend!
