Lina Khan got her job at the FTC because of a 2017 paper that claimed Amazon sells at a loss. The paper did not contain the phrase 'cashflow' - perhaps since Amazon had had positive cashflow since 2002. She now leaves the FTC with an editorial in the NY Times claiming that Deepseek shows there is not enough competition in LLMs. Um... ok.
