Two amazing things are happening this week - Zūm turns 10! And today, I am teaching a case study on Zum in the Strategy and Entrepreneurship class at Stanford University Graduate School of Business! Thank you to the grit and resilience of our team to continue to evolve and scale against all odds and to all the stakeholders who have supported us through this journey!
What an exciting and shining moment. Congratulations on the milestones and bringing your vision to life.
I remember chatting with you about work life juggles and working parents, and the disproportionate impact on women. I couldn’t be more thrilled that your success is now a GSB case study h/t Sarah Soule Lori Nishiura Mackenzie
Ritu, I was beyond bummed I couldn't make it to hear the case taught for the first time! But I'm SO glad to see that it's done and live in the classroom! Looking forward to hearing from Kim how it went! THANK YOU for continuing to bring you insights about your entrepreneurial journey and your leadership of Zum back to the GSB!

1moRitu, how cool! Many of my favorite experiences as an alum were being in class for the Egreetings case when co-authors Haim Mendelson and Jin Wang — and later, Evan Porteus — taught through our case in to their MBA classes and Exec Ed programs. I found I needed, initially, to work at being open to having a “bunch of still-WIP MBAs” questioning the choices my co-founder and I made. *And,* quickly learned to enjoy being in the evaluative primordial ooze of a GSB class case exploration. So fun, and so much opportunity to gain broader perspective regarding not just my decisions of “then” as much as how I made (and continue to make) decision from then on. Enjoy!
