Build KPIs that Drive Business Improvement". Key take-away? KPIs are often once and done; performed in isolation and left on a shelf. Some organizations produce dozens, others hundreds. That isn't how a culture of quality improvement is shaped. It's not an isolated responsibility of the C-suite—quite the opposite.
