Identify the gap between where you are now and where you want to be, then take actionable steps to bridge that gap. • Recognize when to be candid and when to be guarded in your communication. • Having a high tolerance for failure is a vital skill for teenagers who want to start a business in the future. • Both learning and ‘unlearning’ are critical for continuous growth. • Sometimes, the specialization is less important than where you are specializing from.
