When we asked Mor about one of her biggest accomplishments at Redefine, she didn’t hesitate - the SIAL Trade Show in Paris, France. Leading a team of 13 chefs, serving over 10,000 dishes per day to 300,000 attendees, and perfecting every detail behind the scenes, Mor’s leadership was crucial in making new-meat the star of the event. 🍽️🔥 Her commitment to refining techniques, creating unforgettable flavors, and elevating the new-meat experience continues to set us apart.
