I’ve been told im too quiet on LinkedIn but the truth is… I believe progress isn’t about: ❌noise (I’m really not that interesting that you would want to hear from me every day 🤣) ❌vanity metrics (revenue without profit, sales without retention, EBITDA positive without being cash flow positive) ❌Phraseology like “hyper-growth”, “unlocking synergies” or “unparalleled innovation” Instead, me and my team Beyondbmi have chosen to focus on: ✅Improving the lives of nearly 2,000 people ✅Maintaining an average of 4.8/5 appointment feedback across all clinical and health coaching teams ✅Becoming cash flow +, EBITDA + and breakeven all in the same month ✅ Generating a monthly net profit substantial enough to be able to continue grow out our key hires and founding team ✅…. Friday was my last day at Venipak and I am so exited about this new chapter in my life. When I've started, there was a team of 9 people, feeling unsure about reaching their targets and not really operating as one unit. There was lots of doubts and insecurities on weather the sales team will be able to reach their goals. 🤷♂️ Now I'm saying goodbye to A TEAM of 17 high-performing professionals. Together we've exceeded our so-called "insane" 2023 targets and just had probably the best July historically by reaching a result double of the target. 🚀 It's been an incredible experience and I've gained so much self-confidence on my journey here. In only a bit more than 1,5 year I've managed to achieve more than what can usually be achieved in few years. I've surely built the strongest and most diverse team in my career so far. I've implemented new sales techniques, new job positions, new tools and processes to improve our effectiveness. Together we managed to build partnerships that previously looked like a distant dream. ✨ I am thankful to be given this opportunity to create and freely implement my ideas, and most importantly I am thankful to my team. Thank you for letting me share my experience with you, thank you for challenging me and thank you for the trust you've all put in me.
