🔴 We know for a fact that employees surveillance is what companies nowadays are doing, in most of the cases, illegally.
While current employee monitoring methods focus on activities like internet usage, application tracking, and location monitoring, future trends suggest more invasive and detailed forms of surveillance.
🔜 The rise of AI, neurotechnology, and emotion detection, alongside the expansion of remote work monitoring tools, will likely transform how employee performance and well-being are tracked. However, this also brings significant challenges in terms of ethics, privacy, and trust, making it critical for companies to balance surveillance with employee rights.
🟢 We ask all our participants and future registrants, to bring to our in-person discussion, on the 24th of September 2024, insights from their companies as to how they already monitor their employees or if they intend to implement monitoring and surveillance means, bring this information also. We are not looking for confidential information! We want to actively discuss together and offer the legal step by step of implementing a safe and balanced internal IT Device and Software Monitoring Policy.
