Brilliant session with Ipsos DataLabs this morning - a packed room to hear from Microsoft, Samsung, AXA and Clarion Events sharing their approach to addressing data challenges. A key takeaway for me - the tech and data capabilities are important but without an intentional cultural shift the latest talents and tools won't deliver...
