On International Day of Education, we must address the growing fragmentation in our education system. The introduction of European public schools was meant to increase educational equity, but the reality shows we're moving further away from this goal. While these schools offer new opportunities, they often attract a specific demographic, creating parallel systems rather than true integration. Key challenges we must address: - Socioeconomic status remains the decisive factor in educational success - We need better coordination between different school types - Professional training needs strengthening across all school systems - Social mixing must be actively promoted in all schools - Families need better information about educational options The future of our children and our country depends on building an education system that unites rather than divides. We need schools that bring our children together and give them equal opportunities, regardless of their background. Let's use #InternationalDayOfEducation to commit to real change in our education system. #Education #Luxembourg #EducationEquity #SDG4

I want to share with you this amazing project I was a part of, where we focused on promoting quality education and social responsibility. We were really passionate about making a difference in our community and aligning our efforts with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Our goal was to research and raise awareness about the importance of quality education, and to make it more accessible and inclusive for everyone. We also wanted to improve educational infrastructure, promote lifelong learning and community engagement, and incorporate modern technology to make learning more fun and effective. I'm so proud of what we achieved! We developed a comprehensive public awareness campaign, collaborated with underprivileged schools, improved infrastructure and resources, incorporated modern technology, and established a welcoming physical space for learning. It was incredible to see the impact of our project. We made a positive difference in education and environmental conservation, improved access to quality education, and increased awareness and community engagement. Through this journey, I learned so much about empathy, communication, leadership, time management, and social responsibility. I realized that quality education and social responsibility are essential for creating a more inclusive and equitable society. I hope my story inspires you to take action and make a positive impact in your own community. We can all make a difference, and I believe that together, we can create a brighter future for all. #QualityEducation #SocialResponsibility #SDGs #EducationForAll #Sustainability #CommunityDevelopment #SocialImpact #EnvironmentalConservation #QualityEducationMatters #SocialResponsibilityInAction

International Day of Education is here again! Every January 24th since 2019, the event has been celebrated. The United Nations made this declaration December 3rd 2018 as a means to global peace and sustainable development. Education remains one of the essential tools for building knowledgeable and sustainable communities. It behoves on every nation to invest in formal and informal sectors of education to have that inclusive and wide reach in the communities. It would be a marvel to know how far the basics of reading and writing abilities can impact the growth and economic life of a nation. Studies have shown a direct correlation between literacy levels and economic rankings of nations. The need to not leave any child or anyone behind is pertinent. However, Governments can't achieve this alone. Individuals, Organisations, Families, Teachers and much more have to improve their participation. It's impossible to separate education from who we are, how we live and what we become. Let's celebrate 🥳 the opportunity for education and make our world a better place as we teach, learn and become innovative. Education is a life long deal 💯✔️ I'm a strong advocate for not just formal but informal education. Share your thoughts in the comments section on how we can improve our advocacy for education. #SDG4 #internationaldayofeducation #education #leavenochildbehind #lifelonglearning #buildingcommunities

January 24th marks the International Day of Education, a day set aside to recognize the importance of education in transforming lives, communities, and societies. At Golden Minds Development Community, we believe that education is the key to unlocking human potential. It's the foundation upon which individuals, communities, and nations build the future. As an organization that believes in the power of knowledge to transform lives and societies, we've seen firsthand the impact that education can have on individuals and communities. We've witnessed how education can kempower individuals to break cycles of poverty, foster critical thinking, creativity, and innovation, promote social mobility and equality as well as support economic growth and development. Yet, despite its importance, millions of children and young people around the world are denied access to quality education. They face barriers such as poverty, conflict, and discrimination, which prevent them from realizing their full potential. As we mark the International Day of Education, we reaffirm our commitment to ensuring that all individuals have access to quality education. We'll work tirelessly to support education programs that reach marginalized communities, advocate for policies that prioritize education, partner with organizations to provide educational resources and opportunities. Join us in celebrating the International Day of Education! Let's work together to create a world where every individual has access to quality education and can reach their full potential. #InternationalDayOfEducation #EducationForAll #AIandEDUCATION #GMDC

On Public Service Day, Education International reaffirms the crucial role of accessible, inclusive, quality public education in fostering democracy and addressing global challenges. Public education, a human right, counters educational inequities and promotes informed citizenship. Privatization undermines these goals, perpetuating segregation and compromising quality. Funding shortfalls exacerbate these issues; what we need instead is robust investment and equitable financing. As part of the PEHRC consortium, Education International calls for prioritizing public education, robust funding, halting privatization, regulating private actors, and changing the narrative to highlight the successes of public education. It's an honor to share this international perspective and call to action. #PublicEducation #HumanRights #EducationForAll #EducationEquity

Global education:- Global education is a mental development program that seeks to improve global human development based on the understanding of global dynamics, through the various sectors of human development delivery. In formal education, as a mode of human development delivery, it is integrated into formal educational programs, as an advanced program where global dimensions to local problems are appreciated through interconnectivity. Its first phase began as an undertaking to restructure education and society in the 1960s and 1970s, through the initiatives of educationalists, NGOs and intergovernmental organizations. The program evolves with the internet, and is in its virtual interconnectivity phase, through social media and other global public spheres.
