This is what consistency can sometimes do to you. You pour your heart into your work, but eventually, ➟ You feel drained and detached ➟Coming back can feel intimidating ➟ You start questioning your capabilities Remember "𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻’𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗯𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻". This is brilliant
I think it's true if you're trying to do anything worthwhile. The only way is to develop better systems. You can't stop pushing because that's fomo. You can't continue pushing because that's burnout. Better systems and efficiency is the way I would prevent this Pragya!
Consistency is crucial, but so is taking breaks to recharge. Balancing both is key to avoiding burnout and staying motivated.
Linkedin Burnout is real. I realized that and set a clear boundary with myself. No posting, browsing on weekends. I take posting content as part of the work for spreading awareness. I give myself weekend off! I come back on Monday more energized than ever!
Let it not become a chore to you. The process must be enjoyable.
