This is a well explained strategy to increase one's chance.
Here is how I would approach selecting my 3 courses. When applying for the Chevening and Commonwealth scholarships, you're required to submit 3 course options. Many applicants have a clear idea of the MSc programs they want to pursue. However, is there a strategic approach that could increase your chances of acceptance? If I were to go through this process again, this is the step-by-step approach I would take: 1.Visit the Chevening website. 2.Go to "Find a course" under the Scholarships section. 3.Search for your intended course (e.g., "Global Health"). 4.Review the available courses and universities. 5.Visit the university's website for more details. 6.Check entry requirements to ensure eligibility. 7.Explore the course modules and consider applying if they match your interests. 8.Review the university's ranking in the World University Rankings (UK only). 9.Choose universities strategically: top 10 for your first choice, 10-50 for your second, and above 50 for your third. Check out the document for visual details. If you need more information about the Chevening or Commonwealth Scholarships, feel free to reach out.

What dose it means for AMERICAN UNIVERSITY IN THE EMIRATES to be SACSCOC accredited When the American University in the Emirates (AUE) receives SACSCOC accreditation, it means that the university has met the rigorous standards set by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC), which is one of the most prestigious accrediting bodies in the United States. Here’s what it signifies: 1. Quality Assurance: SACSCOC accreditation ensures that AUE maintains high academic standards in terms of curriculum, faculty qualifications, student support services, and institutional effectiveness. 2. Global Recognition: Accreditation by SACSCOC gives the university international credibility and recognition, especially in the United States and countries that value U.S.-based accreditation standards. 3. Credit Transferability: Students at AUE can transfer credits more easily to other institutions in the U.S. and globally, as SACSCOC-accredited universities are recognized worldwide. 4. Eligibility for Federal Funding: In the U.S., accreditation by SACSCOC makes institutions eligible to participate in federal financial aid programs. While AUE operates outside the U.S., this still underscores the legitimacy and standing of its programs. 5. Continuous Improvement: Achieving and maintaining SACSCOC accreditation means that AUE commits to ongoing self-evaluation and continuous improvement to ensure it remains at the forefront of educational excellence. For AUE, this accreditation reinforces its position as a reputable, high-quality educational institution in the region and internationally. It’s a prestigious benchmark that signifies a commitment to providing students with a globally competitive education.
