Great insights on embracing programmatic workflows in Forrester's State of Retail Media 2025 Report: "Programmatic pipes are more efficient than the cumbersome, insertion order-based ad sales and media buys on which too many RMNs rely. RMNs need to “get out of their own way and make it as easy to transact on their inventory as possible,” - Harsh Jiandani, Koddi. That means flowing retail data through programmatic tech, which automates self-service planning and buying and applies predictive AI to decision and sequence ads. Rather than trying to reinvent the wheel, RMNs should rely on today’s most popular measurement methodologies, media planning and buying tools to accelerate advertisers’ go to market."
