What makes your teammate’s actions or efforts noteworthy? I’ve never seen a team manager talk about his team the way Erik did during my interview. The confidence he had, even when he was interviewing me, and the appreciation he had for his team made me want to work with him specifically, just as much as I want to work with Perry Health. He barely spoke about himself. What makes you especially grateful for this teammate and their contributions? The way he spoke about each and every employee on his team—emphasizing why he is confident in them and advocating for each individual as if they were his best—was truly impressive. He genuinely puts in the effort to support each person in the way they prefer, rather than forcing cliché sales strategies onto his team or making them follow methods that wouldn’t work for them. He is a very straightforward leader who clearly puts in the effort, even going so far as to bring in different sales resources that can help you develop beyond Perry Health. I respect that.
