Just finished the course “Align Your Career Goals with Your Authentic Self”! In this course, I learned to cultivate an authentic and empowered career by focusing on my own strengths. I explored how to assess and define my personal authenticity, understand my core values, and align my skills with my unique style. Maintaining self-integrity through clear values and boundaries was emphasized. The course also taught me to approach vulnerability with courage, create a psychologically safe work environment, and differentiate between constructive and destructive feedback.
