Talk is cheap. I'm seeing so many small business owners setting the standard for eye catching and entertaining social ads. No laborious sign off process, no death by committee, a focus on why things might work as opposed to might fail and a hunger for humour. It might feel fleeting and it's not making a Cannes shortlist, but it's a really good time, which is kind of what social should be right? A reminder of the general rule of thumb, hire smart creative people and then let them actually make things.
