Today, we announced that we’ve entered into an agreement to acquire Veri, a Finnish personalized metabolic health company. We’re excited to welcome Veri’s team, including its three founders, to Oura and for the journey ahead building out our metabolic health offerings. Check out Oura’s Pulse Blog for more on this news from Oura’s CEO, Tom Hale. #WithOura #Veri #OuraRing
Congrats on this exciting acquisition. This is great news because we believe the synergy between Oura and Veri will lead to even more meaningful insights, helping people understand their body’s signals better and enhance their long-term well-being. We can't wait to see what's next!
Even just the first proposed step of Meals is groundbreaking - putting the data together to inform decisions rather than the user trying to manually make sense of everything across various platforms? 😍😍 I'm excited to see where further integrating food intake, cgm, and sleep data will take us in the near future.
Great pairing! Nicely rounding out the 360 degree health offering that Oura provides.
Whoever is working on the Oura strategy has really nailed it with the acquisition of Veri. This is such a great portfolio that Oura is building. In terms of Patient Generated Health Data. Together these Finland companies are finessing a new path by integrating all aspects of wellbeing’s into a single device. Usability Index is really high. Oura is adding all successful qualities a product should have. Keep it up!
1+1=3. Congrats for both!
Kudos to Oura for leading the way in metabolic health innovation by integrating wearable smart devices and empowering personalized health insights!
Exciting news! As a health tech enthusiast, I’m looking forward to seeing how Oura integrates a product like Veri and leverages its data. I envision more holistic insights for the user.
This is amazing! I'll definitely keep on following what is to come. I would be keen on knowing my continuous glucose level to be in better control of my health for the future. Less glucose spikes and better energy levels during the day.
Way to go!

2moI hope OURA will develop even more robust syncing with CGMs (like Veri's program), especially now that one can get a CGM without a prescription in the US. I agree with the release's statement that "overall health outcomes are much bigger than those of one tool" - I would add it is the tools that provide the data to make informed decisions that affect health.
