It’s truly inspiring to see so many activities highlighting the importance of increasing women’s representation in the tech industry during International Women’s Day 2025, organized by the Franco-Thai Chamber of Commerce Thai-Swedish Chamber of Commerce and La French Tech, as well as at the ASEAN-Japan Women Entrepreneurs Summit by the ASEAN-Japan Centre in Malaysia last month. Greater diversity fosters increased productivity and creativity by incorporating a wider range of perspectives. By having more women on teams, we can develop solutions that serve everyone equitably, such as improving financial inclusion and enhancing healthcare services to better support women.
