Just saved $15k per year by switching from Hubspot to a more efficient setup. 😮💨 OLD: Hubspot = $18k /year (w/ 5 users and 10k+ contacts) 😎 NEW: Fillout + Attio + Mailchimp = $3k /year Migration took a few days, but well worth it. Mailchimp <> Attio email audience management is the only piece that can still be improved My take: Modern solutions w/ supported integrations mean you don't need an expensive bundled solution anymore. What's your setup? -- Details: Fillout: $49 /month (unlimited users) (Web forms + call schedulers. ex. theswarm.com/api) Attio: $102 /month (3 users) (CRM + notifications + small email sequences + reporting, etc.) Intuit Mailchimp: $123 /month (Email marketing for large campaigns)

Nice, why not under the same logic hire a team in LATAM for 75% lower salaries compared to the USA?

It's super interesting to see the move away from point solutions... and back. Hubspot is outrageously priced with the standout differentiator being the convenience of an all-in-one platform. But, integrations and agents are applying that convenience to everything, and proving that the quality of specialization and the efficiency of connectivity are not mutually exclusive.
