SIZE DOESN'T MATTER! Here’s a picture of my microp... ropagule 🤣 Despite the funny introduction, in micropropagation, size actually does matter! The chances of survival of an explant are directly correlated to its size for several reasons: more stored nutrients, a bigger root system, reduced susceptibility to desiccation, higher photosynthetic capacity, and greater stress tolerance. So, why did I bother creating such a small explant? 1. First of all, why not? 2. Secondly, because I love to experiment. When you experiment, you might uncover unexpected results. 3. Last but not least, because Laboratori M IV ’s goal is to mass propagate Cannabis in vitro and provide superior-quality plants across Europe. Reducing the overall time required to create a plant brings us one step closer to achieving this goal. For example, this particular explant was initiated in vitro at a size of approximately 0.2 cm. It was cultured for 21 days, followed by another 21 days of rooting. Currently, it is acclimating to ex-vitro environmental conditions and is already showing signs of growth after just 7 days. ~ Laboratori M IV ~

"At first glance, hemp and cannabis might seem like entirely different plants. One conjures images of relaxation and euphoria, while the other evokes thoughts of sustainable textiles and eco-friendly materials. However, the truth is far more intriguing. Hemp and cannabis are, in fact, the same species: Cannabis sativa. Their key differences lie in cultivation methods, legal classifications, and the resulting chemical profiles." portal.hempnation.one The Hemp Nation Group 🍀 #difference #hemp #cannabis #confusion #law #clarity #cannabissativa https://lnkd.in/eD5Yp6Wd

As cannabis plants develop and mature, they go through several stages, and each stage has a distinct requirement for light, nutrients, and water 💯 To determine what the plant needs and when it's important to understand these stages and how long they last. So.. how long does it take to grow a cannabis plant? 🤔 A cannabis plant typically takes 10 to 32 weeks, or roughly 3 to 8 months, to grow from seed to harvest. And now, here are its growth stages. 1️⃣Germination - the beginning, where the seed wakes up, sprouts, and tiny roots start to pop out. 2️⃣Seedling - the delicate phase where the plant develops its first set of leaves and begins to establish its structure. 3️⃣Vegetative Growth - a period of robust development as the plant focuses on building branches, leaves, and overall size. 4️⃣Flowering - the exciting time when buds start to form, and the plant gears up for a big moment – reproduction! Which stage fascinates you the most? Share in the comments! 👇 #CannabisEducation #CannabisScience #CannabisStudy

SAME STRAIN - DIFFERENT DRYING & CURING METHODS 🌿💡 What it boils down to? 💧Moisture content. Traditionally cannabis is measured by weight. But heavier buds does not automatically equal better quality.. moisture levels above 12% put the product at risk for microbial contamination, mold, mildew, and fungal growth. Not to mention.. producers have been known to rehydrate their buds after testing to increase weight for higher profit margins. Flash Frozen Curing, our proprietary drying and curing method locks in moisture levels at 5-6%, eliminating risk of mold and contamination while drastically increasing shelf life. This is HUGE for consumers with health issues, as it provides a cleaner and safer option. It's also a win for ANY consumer, because you get 2x the amount of cannabis for the same price. And in case you're wondering, we didn't sacrifice quality. Flash Frozen Cured cannabis preserves terpenes, smokes smoother and looks as vibrant as the day it was picked off the plant. It has a uniquely soft texture, making it a breeze to break apart. You truly wont find anything else like it on the market. We LOVE cannabis and believe in keeping the plant as close to the source as possible, which is why all of our products are 100% natural. No chemicals or solvents are used in our process whatsoever. #CannabisInnovation #FlashFrozenCuring #SpaceWeed #MoreBudForYourBuck #CannabisScience
