For having the intuition to recognise that there is a gap in the market.  For having the confidence to believe that you can fill that gap where countless others failed. Another Founder passes away due to a heart attack at 44. Is this the price of success ? Is this worth it? To die at 44 .... Slowdown the world can wait. I almost killed myself trying to make my sports equipment business a success whilst upgrading my family business. I slept 3 hours a day, ate like crap, felt like sh**, fought never ending battles within the business and outside as well, was with my wife and kids but mentally absent.... like a husk. Today I thank GOD I've learnt my lesson. I value my family time, I value time with my wife and kids. I look forward to being home. travelling with my family making memories. I also enjoy my business and I hope I keep my team happy ... that's for them to say ... 🤞 Work is for your benefit. do not become a slave to your work lest it be your executioner. In a tragic loss for the Indian startup community, Table Space co-founder and CEO Amit Banerji has died of a heart attack at the age of 44. “It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mr Amit Banerji, our Founder, Chairman, and CEO... His impact on the company, its people and the industry will be lasting, and he will be profoundly missed by his family, friends, and partners,” a company statement read. Obviously there is difference between self-employment v Entrepreneurship and Industrialist v Businessmen. Industrialist creates an Institutional business model. He defines destiny for the country 's growth - not just for himself by making wealth but distributing to multiple stakeholders. It doesn't look good cracking jokes on other new players in the market but one certain thing is that electric bikes or scooters with better development would suit urban areas and a hybrid product would suit best because in hilly states of India we just can't rely on electric two-wheelers but having a petrol back-up engine would make Ola bikes a gradual preferred choice. #hybridtech #innovation #greenfuel

When I found Statzon, I bought a money tree to bring me luck with the company. 🙂 My wife has been forecasting the company's future from the tree's condition. As the company's journey has seen ups and downs, so has the money tree. At some point, the tree was dropping a lot of leaves and almost died. Today the tree is looking healthy and growing many new branches and leaves. So based on this forecast method, the future of the company looks bright. 😀 #forecasting #startups #entrepreneurship

At Jharkhand Angels we have become very selective in initiating any fund raise. In our experience not all #Jharkhand #Startups have a scale mentality and hence are best suited for friends and family round. While they become thriving #SME businesses, they do not exhibit the scalability that gives better than market returns to Angels Investors. However, every once in a while we encounter Startups with the mentality and commitment to scale. We selectively pitch them. These are very rare pitches and don't often happen. Presenting one such startup from Jharkhand. May the tribe continue to grow.
