At Builders Vision, we're focused on advancing efforts to protect and restore ocean ecosystems, and our teams are always seeking innovative ways to drive progress in nature and conservation finance. Today, we’re excited to announce our latest investment in oceans: a $70 million co-guarantee to support The Bahamas Debt Conversion Project for Marine Conservation, a first for a family office. This initiative is a collaboration with the Government of The Bahamas, the Inter-American Development Bank, The Nature Conservancy's Nature Bonds Program, AXA XL, Standard Chartered, Rothschild & Co., Bahamas National Trust and Bahamas Protected Areas Fund. It will unlock an estimated $124 million for nature and climate in The Bahamas over the next 15 years. The following blog post, written by our very own Rebecca Carland, delves into the first-of-a-kind role Builders Vision is playing, how it builds on our longstanding work to support ocean health in The Bahamas, and why other investors should consider debt conversions for nature to drive both economic and environmental returns at scale: https://lnkd.in/g43md9MM You can also read more in The Nature Conservancy's press release: https://lnkd.in/gKbC4x7b Congratulations to all of the partners involved, and a special shout out to the Builders Vision team that has been working for many months to help make this deal a success: Rebecca Carland, Bruce Hao, Johannes Lee, CFA, Peter Bryant, and Miranda Lindl O'Connell. We’re excited to see the lasting impact this project will have! #NatureBonds #Conservation #OceanConservation #BlueEconomy #Biodiversity #Bahamas #Investors #ClimateFinance #NatureFinance

It sounds wonderful, hopefully you guys make a way for people to track the progress of this venture. As there are many malicious actors that pretend to carry this flag with an alterior motivated agenda. What are the current steps that you guys are taking? Are you guys planning on using the people from this area to carry out this mission? What type of support systems do you have in place to assure success in this venture?
