The power of "Thank You". You know how to Inspire your team to go ahead no matter what? 💫 When we're busy with our daily tasks, it's easy to forget to say "thank you." To our coworkers, bosses, for their hard work, their dedication. For always being there to lend a hand or cheer us up. "Thank you" is not just a polite formality. It's a way to show that company appreciate teams contributions 🤝 Even when things don't go as planned, when results don't meet our expectations, it's important to remember what keeps team moving forward. Knowing their efforts are valued, they'll be ready ready for anything. In our company, we've started a tradition of an annual "Say Thank You" event. It's a wonderful opportunity for employees to express their appreciation to one another. In the first year, 42 people joined, and it grew to 86 the next year. Feeling valued is important to everyone — Cybersecurity specialist, Sales manager, PR or HR. If you want a friendly and supportive workplace, start by saying "thank you." It's the first step. Have a wonderful Friday all! And don't forget to say Thank you to your peers 💪

Absolutely! It worth to mention another simple rule on a similar topic - give your positive feedback publicly, but negative privately.
