Thanks for the tag! I agree with your tips. I also think testing internally is super key. Don't ignore your founders, as they've often been thinking of these challenges for 10+ years. Make sure the messaging resonates with your frontline GTM folks, Sales and CS. And evangelize, evangelize, evangelize to make sure the message is consistent across the company. Oh and also-don't be so stuck on one format that you end up with super long docs that no one can actually use.
