How do you get 20+ Business Development Managers quiet? It’s not an easy task🤭, but last week in Barcelona, we made it happen! Humberto brought together our entire global Customer Relationships & Sales team to align on the ambitious strategy for 2025. While our team is thriving (they’ve exceeded the targets—together!), reaching the next level requires collaboration, focus, and planning. But here’s the thing: before you plan for the future, you need to pause. Pause to celebrate the milestones already achieved. Pause to reflect on how you can grow further—not just individually, but collectively. A simple yet meaningful exercise helped them to do just that. It encouraged to recognize their own strengths and, even more importantly, to acknowledge and celebrate those of our colleagues.
