Here are the signs I see and hear from business owners: **Inconsistent marketing efforts** Marketing campaigns are executed sporadically or using off-the-cuff ideas. **No overarching plan** A lack of master strategy used to project revenue growth and track marketing campaign results. **Underperforming marketing campaigns** Marketing campaigns can often fall short without a strategy based on market and customer research. **Not gathering customer feedback** To continue to be competitive, companies must understand why their customers buy - intimately. **Need to grow faster** Marketing is producing qualified leads, but not enough and it’s unclear where to invest to get more.
