Exciting new stage for all of us! I could not think of a better home for Boopos. A strong balance sheet, a strong track record, a solid reputation and the best underwriting technology are key to scale a lending business, and Founderpath has built it all. I am also sure there will be synergies with our new M&A advisory business, L40, as Founderpath deploys capital in roll-up companies and acquirers.
