When you can connect with them, it makes you want to act. And the data comes to life in the human form—and you can unhear it anymore.” 🗣️ Amy Brown #Podcast #CustomerVoice #Founder #ListenAtScale #Authenticx

This afternoon at 4 PM EST, I’ll reunite with my longtime friends and companions on the journey toward patient autonomy and agency, Dave deBronkart and Hugo Campos. Together, we’ll appear on Matthew Holt’s THCB Gang podcast to discuss #PatientsUseAI. This conversation couldn’t come at a better time—just days after the Bipartisan Task Force on AI released its report. This 24-member task force was tasked with crafting a U.S. vision for AI adoption, innovation, and governance. Notably, the report includes a 20-page chapter on AI and healthcare. Yet, it fails to address how AI can empower patients and caregivers—helping them become more autonomous and capable of answering questions that the healthcare system often leaves unanswered due to constraints like time, knowledge, or personnel. Instead, as usual, the focus is solely on patient-facing AI tools designed to serve the system, not the patients themselves. The “Three Musketeers” of #PatientsUseAI will explore the immense potential of these transformative knowledge tools to maximize patient agency and critical thinking. Of course, we’ll also dive into the pitfalls and challenges of current large language model (LLM) implementations. Join us! https://lnkd.in/e7PSnArh
