I'm excited to share that I've recently completed an intensive course on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). This comprehensive program was structured into several modules, each focusing on key areas of AI and ML. We started with an Introduction to AI and ML, exploring the different types of AI and the fundamentals of machine learning. The next module, Data Fundamentals, emphasized the critical role of data in AI and ML, covering various data types, data collection methods, and essential data preprocessing techniques. Moving forward, the Python for AI and ML module provided a solid foundation in Python programming, including environment setup, syntax, and essential libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib. We also delved into practical examples of data cleaning, preprocessing, and transformation. The Machine Learning Algorithms module was particularly insightful, covering the basics of machine learning, supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms, and model evaluation metrics. We also had hands-on coding sessions to implement simple linear regression models in Python. Finally, the Introduction to Deep Learning module introduced us to the fundamentals of deep learning, neural networks, and various deep learning architectures, providing practical insights into this advanced area of AI.
