One of the wonderful future thinkers I love to follow, Bernard Marr, posed an interesting point in his latest article, “Your next Influencer might not be human!” As a coach, consider how AI-enabled dialogue is reshaping the way we think about sustained, personalised development. We're moving beyond the traditional model of scheduled check-ins to explore what continuous, adaptive coaching could look like. Think about the learning journey.
