Is this guidance or is this sabotage, right? Is this alignment or am I acting from a misaligned place? And so, and it's very subtle. It really takes a lot of practice to to tune into this. So for example, you might say, OK, cool. You know, I think this is guidance from my soul that I'm not meant to do this thing. And then you don't do it and you put it off and then something happens in your life and you're like, should have done that thing, right? You have that moment. We're like, why didn't I listen? So instead of beating yourself up about it or judging yourself or. Just forgetting about it, use it as a learning opportunity, right? And then we can look back and be like, well, why did I not listen? What program will pattern played a part in that? Where did I disconnect and maybe not trust the guidance of my soul that is actually looking to come through and you can learn from that so that you get better at it. Now it's also the same when you have the guidance. Don't do that thing and you don't do the thing and then you're like, oh, I'm so happy I listened. That really wasn't good for me to do that thing. Where did you receive that guidance? Was it a thought? Did you feel it in your? At centre was the feeling in your gut? Did you get goosebumps in your body? It's different for everyone, but when they start tapping into this guidance, when we all start tapping into it, it shows up in the same way and you start noticing the programs that get activated through this and you can start recognising the signs and the signals.
