🚨 Negligence in the Real Estate Industry 🚨 In today’s fast-paced real estate market, it’s easy to get caught up in the rush. Many operators are negotiating from a place of desperation with sellers, driven by fear of being left behind. But this approach often leads to poor decisions and missed opportunities- It doesn't help anyone. Now, more than ever, we need to return to the fundamentals—patience.
