Last weekend, I crushed a major lifelong item on my bucket list: I ran my first full marathon! 26.2 miles of highs and lows (mostly lows 🥲), excitement and exhaustion, but crossing that finish line made every mile and sore muscle worth it. Training for and completing this run taught me a lot about patience, resilience, and the power of small, consistent efforts over time. That whatever challenge you’re working toward, whether in fitness, career, or life… just keep pushing forward. You might surprise yourself with what you can achieve. I definitely did! FYI for anyone wondering, I’ll be NAPPING this weekend 😜
Congratulations! And great advice! You can't just run a marathon. It takes, as you say, "patience, resilience, and the power of small, consistent efforts over time"
