When’s the last time you offered up one of your coaching programs to a potential client only to hear the word “no”? 🫠 It can feel frustrating and make the process of building a thriving coaching practice seem hard. When taken personally, the word no can be internalized as rejection and make even the most experienced coaches question their skills and value. 😥 Here’s the deal…When it comes to client creation, no doesn’t always mean no. Potential clients often need around 7 touchpoints with you before they’ll take action to hire you. This is called “The Rule of 7”. 🤓 The initial no response often means they don’t have enough information, aren’t comfortable, or can’t see the value in the offering…yet. As you learn how to slow down your sales process and sell through service instead, you’ll feel less upset when you hear the word no. Underneath each no can be a yes! It’s your job to figure out how to get there.
