When you are applying for irrelevant job 1. "Why did the engineer apply for a job as a pastry chef? Because he wanted to work on his 'dough'mestic skills!" 2. "Why did the astronaut apply for a job at the bakery? Because he wanted to launch his career to new 'heights' by making space cakes!" 3. "Why did the archaeologist apply for a job as a lifeguard? Because he wanted to dive deep into history... or at least into the deep end of the pool!" 4. "Why did the cat lover apply for a job at the dog grooming salon? Because she wanted to prove that even 'cat' people can handle a little 'ruff' grooming!" 5. "Why did the ghost hunter apply for a job as a receptionist? Because she thought she'd be great at 'ghosting' unwanted callers!" 6. "Why did the clown apply for a job at the bank? Because he wanted to make some 'funny'money!" 7. I just read the opportunity report (nice work putting this together T3 Sixty). The real estate industry has been changing rapidly and this report highlights the need for more changes to take place so that the real estate industry gets to where it needs to be. The biggest thing in the report I agree with is that the quantity over quality mentality has tarnished how we are perceived in the public eye, to be on the same list as bartenders and nail technicians is alarming as well.

Hyper-inflated job titles in your job post will make it a thinly-disguised attempts to make regular jobs sound powerful and exciting. It's like making an online dating profile with fake photos and expecting no one to notice in real life. Titles can not overshadow substance. Look at some of these tongue-in-cheek examples- 😀 Destination Counselors (travel agent), Knowledge Navigators (teachers), Vision Clearance Engineers (window cleaners), Directors of first impressions (receptionist).
