Are Green & Clean Beauty Brands Just a Trend or Truly the Future ? 🌱🌻 🪻I started my journey in cosmetic formulation at just 13, and in the last decade, I’ve witnessed significant changes in the industry. Consumers are smarter and more health-conscious than ever, but there’s still a huge gap for truly genuine clean brands. The best part ? Now is the perfect time to jump in ! The market is craving authentic green beauty solutions more than ever. The beauty industry is going through a massive shift, and here’s why I believe green and clean beauty is set to dominate: 1. Consumers are Smarter Than Ever 📈: They’re demanding authenticity ! No more vague promises or greenwashing, people want to know exactly what’s in their products. 2. Transparency is a Must 🔍: Brands are now expected to reveal everything, from ingredients to sourcing and processes. It’s not a trend, it’s the new standard. 3. Healthier Choices, Happier Consumers 💚: With rising awareness, consumers are ditching synthetics and choosing safer, high-performance alternatives that actually work. 4. Sustainability is Non-Negotiable 🌍: Ethical sourcing and eco-friendly packaging aren’t just “nice-to-haves”—they’re in demand. The brands that prioritize sustainability are the ones gaining trust. 5. Proven Efficacy ✨: People are seeing real results with cleaner formulations. Organic products don’t just sound good—they deliver. 💡 Bottom line ? The future belongs to brands that prioritize transparency, safety and sustainability. Are you ready to make the shift ? I love beauty products, but it’s no secret that it's contributing to a BIG problem… ⬇ Did you know that over 120 billion units of packaging are produced every year by the global cosmetics industry, the majority of which are not recyclable?? (Source: Zero Waste Week) But it doesn’t need to be that way: 73% of consumers worldwide say they would definitely or probably change their consumption habits to reduce their impact on the environment. (Source: Nielsen) How important is sustainable packaging in your purchasing decisions? Share your thoughts and let’s discuss how we can collectively contribute to a more sustainable future. #Beauty #SustainabilityInBeauty #EcoFriendlyPackaging #BeautyIndustry

Sustainability from Another Perspective We can reduce waste and consumption, moving towards a higher quality product and more conscious usage. Of course, I’m talking about a skincare product from the brand I founded and direct, but there are dozens of other examples in various sectors. The core issues are fundamentally three, a number that has become a mantra for our brand. 🔝 The higher the product quality, the less quantity is needed to achieve the same effects. ⏳ If you massage the cream for more than 30 seconds, you may have used too much. 🚿 It is more effective to use a cosmetic product correctly than to use it too often. Our work with aaa/unbranded® aims to create highly effective products. This isn’t just about visible results, for which drinking water and maintaining a balanced diet are also necessary, but about the effectiveness of the product during use. If the sole aim is to sell, the formulation will be cheap, and the product will run out quickly. Conversely, if the goal is to offer a product whose benefits are felt from the first use, the formulation will be costly, and only a small amount will be needed per application. This is why the empirical 30-second rule is a good test. In this time, the product should be fully absorbed by the skin. So if after one minute you’re still massaging, there are two possibilities: either you’ve used too much product, or the formulation is of poor quality. Lastly, the way you apply the product is crucial. Always start with cleansing. This may seem obvious, but it’s not, as some people spend hundreds of quid on a body or face cream and only a few quid on a cleanser. These are the real factors that contribute to making the product more sustainable. In other words, the product should last longer, and less should be used. This way, in addition to having less packaging in landfills, we also see more visible effects on the skin. Let’s try to return to more effective products, which are naturally more expensive, and a more balanced and conscious use.
