Perhaps one of the most rewarding routines I've adopted in life is swapping transport for training. It's simple, and perhaps painfully obvious. Instead of relying on public transport or driving, I walk, run, or cycle to my destinations. Compounded over 25 years of professional life, this approach has impacted my body, mind, business and environment in the most positive way. Our MM Momentum initiative has shown how this shift in mobility for me and my team can make a difference on both a personal and planetary scale. Get moving. Make some momentum.
