There are brilliant ladies, like Noha Salama, MBA PMP or Jennifer Alves...but the need for improvement starts way before to introduce pupils in 5th grade or so early to IT (I don't mean how to use their smartphones). Initiatives like Girls Day or Inspiring Girls could be of help here...there is way room for ladies in this area...
