I am thrilled to announce that I am joining as CEO my new family of 4,000 talented people at ACWA Power, a Saudi National company leading the transition towards building a cleaner world, with 69 assets in operation, construction, or advanced development for an investment value of over $ 72.6 Billion. I will work alongside my colleagues across 12 countries to develop, invest, and operate power generation, water desalination and green hydrogen plants around the world. I am also excited about my move to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and being a part of the amazing social, cultural, and economic transformation that’s taking place through the Kingdom's Vision 2030. Saudi Arabia will reach Net Zero by 2060, with ACWA Power being at the forefront of delivering on this promise and reaching Net Zero emissions within our portfolio by 2050. I congratulate Paddy Padmanathan on leading ACWA Power until now, making it one of the most successful companies in its field, and thank him for the support in this transition. And I am thankful to Daniel Kretinsky for all his support and the wonderful opportunities to grow personally and professionally at EPH and EP Global Commerce over the past six years. I am truly excited by what lies ahead!
